Refund and Exchange Policy

We care about the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy.

1. Return Conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been used
The original packaging, tags, and product condition are intact
The item is not part of the non-returnable category (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items:

According to Russian consumer protection law, the following items cannot be returned:
Personal hygiene items (including hats and blankets that have been used)
Custom-made or personalized items
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or contamination

3. How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please email us at twibbylimited@gmail.com, providing:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

We will respond with return instructions.

4. Refunds:

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock. If not, we will offer a suitable replacement or a refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

If the item is being returned for personal reasons (e.g. wrong size or change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or a defect), we will cover the return shipping cost.
